the dot on the right side indicates whether the opponent is looking in your direction or not.
Green = He looks in the other direction
Yellow = The enemy looks roughly in your direction
Red = He looks right in your direction

oh, actually I missunderstood you. The red/black dot is the non-scope aimbot button, you can drag it when menu is open.
