In case you want to use your Cheto code on a new device you will need to reset it by doing the following steps in order to be able to use it on your new device:
- Open a support ticket here : https://www.cheto.io/en/support/new
- Type in your reset request in the exact way as in the picture above. Keep in mind that you are only allowed to open one support ticket in 24 hrs, and should wait for 24 hrs to get your code reseted. If two support tickets are opened within 24 hrs then your request will be ignored.
⚠️ You can only reset your code once. Using codes on different devices is against our policies, but we give you a one chance to use it on a new device.
