This seems to be a connection issue. Our servers are operating fine.

Please tell your customers to try WiFi connection, or mobile network. Alternatively, use a VPN.

If this problem continues we will try alternative solutions after our technical team wakes up.

Most users don't have any problems.

Also you can try this method for current time :

just open the game then it will stuck so turn off the data or best turn on airplane mode then wait a few second
after that turn off airplane mode
and the game will start normal

We have released a new update for PUBGM Global earlier today. You can download the .ipa or you can ask your reseller.

We think this time it finally fixes the loading screen bug that some customers have.
